The information that we collect

From our website...

We collect and aggregate information about the pages people that visit. We also collect the e-mail addresses and other information submitted via our contact form and our free trial request form.

From our application...

When you register to use our application we are able to access your public profile, friend list and email address from your Facebook account if you permit us to do so. It is not possible to register to use our application if you do not accept our access to this information.

We may use your email address to contact you with information about our service including new additions and features. In addition, we ask that you permit us to make posts to Facebook about your activity in our application on your behalf. It is possible to register to use our application without permitting us to do this. We also record information about your use of our application including dates and times of access, details of searches and use of the system such as articles read and shared.

In some cases we use Facebook tools to provide features of our product and as part of that process the information that we record about use of our application is provided to Facebook as part of your account with them.

You can access the information that we store about the details of your account in My Account and you can see the information that has been recorded about your use of service in your Journal.

Please note that we reserve the right to make a charge of no more than £10 sterling to compy with such requests. This is to cover our administration costs in such circumstances but we will always strive to answer your questions free of charge.
